Traveling Without Gaining Weight
This plan is a gift to travel without gaining weight but even losing it.
We recommend Following it step by step:
- Eat only two meals: a branch and a late lunch too or a late lunch and dinner, at least four hours separation time.
- Make sure to eat the first meal at the day 12 hours after the last meal from yesterday.
- Eat as much as you want.
- First meal better to contain a healthy food and one sweet course.
- At the second meal, you can order whatever you want and please share it.
- Between the two meals: no eating and fill your body with unsweetened drinks.
What if you felt hungry during the day?
You can have snacks but remember your next meal will be heavy.
- Sleeping: have 4 hours of good sleep after the first healthy meal.
- Sweets: if you were craving for certain cafes you can replace it with the breakfast restaurants and have a sweets courses with unsweetened coffee or tea.
World rule: if you weren’t hungry don’t eat.
It’s known: traveling = movement
