Beetroot and Thyme Mazza
We present this vegan recipe is for 8 – 10 person, and its good for the member family with digested problems.
Make this easy and delicious recipe now:
- 3 beets either roasted or boiled & peeled
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp labna if sour cream
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp dried wild thyme
- ½ lemon juice
- 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp olive oil and sea salt
Blend them together in food processor.
Plate in a serving bowl.
Garnish: Feta cheese blocks + dried thyme + roasted almonds + olive oil.
Serve chilled with pita bread.
